GET A FREE DESIGN QUOTE
Contact our design team through our website or call us on to know more about us or to request for a design quote. The basic requirement to get a free design quote is that you have to submit your space layout in physical or e-format.

TOUCH AND FEEL OUR PRODUCTS
You can also directly walk into our factory experience centres and request for a design. The design team will then design your products based on your layout.

DESIGN PRESENTATION
Know your design presentation in detail.This presentation would have details about products to be included in your house along with approximate cost estimation.

10% TOKEN ADVANCE
Now that you have seen our product quality and have received an approximate quote, you would need to pay an advance of 10% to take the design discussion forward and view a 3D presentation of your space. We are more than happy to do any number of iterations on the design till we arrive at your dream design.

DETAILED DESIGN
Our design team would take all the time to understand your requirements and style to deliver an aesthetic, functional and elegant design. They would also help you understand the design in detail, which will involve finalisation of the layout, cabinets, finish, colour, handles, appliances and countertop.

ORDER FINALISATION – 40%
Order finalisation is done by paying 40% of the total cost, hence at this stage a total of 50% would be paid.

PRODUCT BOOK FINALISATION
Once the order is finalised, the design team will create a technical document called the Product Book. It includes the details of all the products and elements to be executed or delivered and installed in your home. This acts as an agreement of understanding between both the parties and needs to be signed before sending anything for production. The process of creating a final product book takes a maximum of 10 days as it needs to be verified by the technical team to ensure that all design factors are technically possible.

PRODUCTION
Post signing the Dossier, all products are taken to the production unit. Our products are produced in our high-tech, quality controlled production unit.

FINAL PAYMENT – 50%
The remaining balance payment of 50% is to be paid 4 days before the dispatch date.

DELIVERY
Delivery takes anywhere between 15-30 days, depending on the type of finish, and transportation time. Once the product is delivered, please ensure that it is stored under a secured and non-damageable environment.

INSTALLATION
This is when we want you to relax. Our experts would do their best to ensure your products are handled with care and precision. We appreciate your patience in this stage for allowing our team to work independently as we strongly feel that their positive state of mind is very important to complete the installation process. For any query at this stage, your point of contact would be our supervisor at the site.
